Yum Yummy Yum Yum


SO. . .  How are you?  The weekend was good, but went to short :(  Who likes short weekend.  I found the COOLEST new running route.  I ran between my hometown and another.  It was 14 miles total and was on trails.  I think I twisted my ankle a little (yikes).  However, it is better fine.  I got up early 6 and did Yoga (finally).  It worked out really well, I feel so much better today.  My muscles were SO tight.  I did a 2 mile walk run with my Mom and a 6 mile run on my own.  

I thought I'd give you an idea of what I eat again.  Just to see. . . Remember this is me.  I'm not a registered dietitian (soon)!  Anyway, I'll give you an idea

AM:  COFFEE (yum yummy yum yum)
half a mango and piece of toast

1:00:  I was SO hungry but I had errands to run before lunch.
I scarfed down a whole wheat wrap and spinach with about a fourth cup of tuna salad
carrots
an oatmeal cookie 

Snack: I had a few peanuts (random but I think running in the heat has my sodium down)

7:00  A HUGE JASS salad 

Greens
Carrots
Mozzarella
Tomato
Shrimp
Yellow Pepper

and mini whole grain bagel

and for desert            YOGURT, it was good, Rachel's Peach Green Tea
